Returns & Exchanges
Each Driftera piece is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns for items that arrive flawed or damaged. However, we do offer one-time size exchanges on eligible items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges for Sizing
We get it, sizing can be tricky. If your item doesn’t fit quite right:
- You must request the exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- We offer a one-time exchange for the same item in a different size.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
Returns or Exchanges for Flawed or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing flaw or is visibly damaged:
- Contact Driftera within 15 days of delivery.
- Follow the process below
How to Submit a Request
To start a return or exchange, email hellodriftera@ceporo.com with:
- Order Number and Full Name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (for flawed/damaged items)
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
